Informal mediation
One to one agreement based mediation where both parties sign a document where they agree to the outcome of the mediation. We sit down and try to find a common point of agreement on which we can base the dispute going forward where we find a point where both parties agree and then take matters forward one step at a time. This is a very informal form of mediation. It is not designed to be controversial and the idea is to come out to re-patch and re-establish a relationship between the parties, be it professional or contractual, to make plans and structure to move forward that both parties are in agreement with.
Formal mediation
We can speak with individual parties and then utilise a third party mediator for a more geared and formal mediation where we will utilise professional relationships and contracts that APS-UK have, to facilitate this to happen.
